Well with Halloween coming up things are starting to get exciting around this household. I keep asking Ava what she wants to be and her answer is either, "A yark (shark)!" or just a whole list of things. I really feel like Halloween kicks off so many of my favorite holidays. Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the best one of all, Christmas. This year we are doing a minimal Christmas because we are going to Disneyworld for New Years! Well we are going to try. With Andre being in the military he gets a pretty sweet discount and we can find airfare for pretty cheap.
I saw a picture the other day of when Ava was a little baby and it hit me how strikingly different she looks and yet the same, and how they change so much even just over two years. Here you can see:

And the little guy looks very similar to me. If anything, just cuter. I'll post 1/2 the pictures since he's half Ava's age.
Ok well I had to add an extra since I think they're so gorgeous. Well Andre had his first softball game last night. The game was so late we could not go with him. I was really sad to not be able to be there, but I'm sure he did a great job as short stop. Their next game is Tuesday so the kids and I will go then to cheer him on!
I have been thinking of him and how I am grateful for a man who works. I'm grateful for a man who works and a man who can see a future for our family and never gives up on his vision. Sometimes I don't let him know enough that I have faith in him but I do. I'm grateful for my life and that he works so hard so I can stay home with our children. I hope you all enjoy your day! And eat yummy things for breakfast!
Ava is growing so fast. I miss our little princess. Well when she was just a baby. Lots of great memories from those pics. Kael, I'm so glad the hair from your back and shoulders is gone. I was a little nervous for you, but you and your sister are so cute!!!
